Obituary of Ankica Pletikosa

PLETIKOSA, Ankica (Nee Hejpetr) Passed away peacefully on August 18, 2009 at Malden Park Continuing Care Centre at the age of 79 years. Beloved wife of the late Ivo (1993). Loving mother of Cecilija Jotanovic and husband Tihomir, Tomislav Pletikosa, Ruzica Rubin and husband Tegue, Anto Pletikosa; and predeceased by son Miro and surviving wife Milka. Cherished Baba to Betty Jotanovic and husband Damien Lisi, Sanja Alongi and husband Tom, Sasha Pletikosa, Mark Jotanovic and wife Christina, Daniela Rubin and Marcel Rubin. Dear great grandmother to Noah, Nicholas, Vince, Evon and Ava. Beloved sister to Lujzika Vulic and husband Miro, Ruza Tolic and husband Tony, Anto Hejpetr and wife Ljubica and Ivo Hejpetr and wife Gina. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, 1700 Tecumseh Rd East on Friday, August 21, 2009 from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Parish Prayers Friday at 8:00 p.m. Funeral Services on Saturday, August 22, 2009 at 9:30 a.m. from the Windsor Chapel then to St. Francis of Assisi Croatian Catholic Church for Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
