GOLLA, Bernice 93 years. Passed away peacefully on July 20, 2009 at Malden Park Continuing Care Centre, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband Leon (1990). Loving mother of Helen & husband Forbie Goodfellow, Ursula Carter and Adela & husband Ronald Moore and predeceased by son Henry (2002). Dear Babcia of Mariah, Candice, Shannon, Jennifer and Keith and to her great grandchildren Jessica, Kevin and Dylan. Predeceased by brother & sisters and dear aunt of several nieces and nephews. Bernice was a devoted member of the CWL & Card Club at Holy Trinity Polish Catholic Church . VISITING AT THE WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME 1700 Tecumseh Rd East (519-253-7234) on Wednesday from 2 to 5 & 7 to 9 PM. Parish prayers Wednesday evening at 7:00 PM. Funeral service will be held on Thursday July 23, 2009 at 9:30 AM from the funeral home then to Holy Trinity Polish Catholic Church for funeral mass at 10:00 AM. Interment Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
