Obituary of Vincenzo Cappucci

CAPPUCCI, Vincenzo April 28, 1922 - April 22, 2009 It is with saddened hearts that we announce the passing of Vincenzo on April 22, 2009 at the age of 86 years. Beloved husband of 53 years to Donata (nee Giansante). Loving father to Phillip. Predeceased by brother Giovanni (1996) and sister Maria (DeDomenicis) 1998. Dear brother of Nicola (Lucia); Tommaso (Gilda) of Windsor and Pasquale (Rosa) of Italy. Brother-in-law of Antonietta Cappucci and Francesco (Francesca) Giansante. Predeceased by Nicola (Irma) Colarossi and Mario DeDomenicis. Will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Vincenzo was a retiree of Chrysler Canada Ltd, after many years of dedicated service, and a member of C.A.W. Local 444. Special thanks to the CCAC and the 4th floor west staff at Windsor Regional Hospital for their compassion and dedication, especially to Fr. Augusto Feccia for your spiritual guidance and support. Visitation will be at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Friday from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Parish prayers Friday at 8 p.m. Funeral Service Saturday, April 25, 2009 at 8:45a.m. from the Funeral Home then to St. Angela Merici Church for Funeral Mass at 9:30 a.m. Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
