Obituary of Michael Patrick Ferro

FERRO, Michael Patrick 73 years Passed away with his family at his side on April 19, 2009 after a valiant and courageous battle. Beloved husband, best friend and soulmate of 48 years to Sally (nee Zvric). Loving and devoted Dad to Nick Ferro and wife Alison, Thom Ferro and wife Mary Ann. Cherished "Papa" to Joshua Daniel and Noah Thomas. Dear brother to Veronica Best and husband Thomas. Dear brother-in-law to Tom Zvric and wife Denise, Roymane and Stan Dawson, Patricia Bradfield and husband Pete. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Mr. Ferro was a retired employee of Ford Motor Company after 36 years of dedicated service and a member of C.A.W. Local 200. Visitation at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, 1700 Tecumseh Rd. East on Thursday, April 23, 2009 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Parish prayers Thursday at 4:30 p.m. Relatives and friends will be received for visitation at St. John Vianney Church (385 Dieppe St. at Cedarview) on Friday, April 24, 2009 from 10:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
