Obituary of Ernestine Paron

PARON, Ernestine (nee Colautti) 96 years of age. It is with great sadness, that we announce the passing of a very special Mother, Nonna and Great Nonna with her family at her side. Ernestine passed into God's hands on January 28, 2009 after a short stay at Malden Park Palliative Care Unit. Beloved wife of the late Adolfo (1988). Cherished mother of Nancy (Sergio) Schincariol, David (Denise) Paron, Sylvia Quesnel, Mary Lou and her late husband Joe Bondy (2005). Loving Nonna of Michael (Lynda), Christine, Paul (Holly), David (Kellyann), Michelle, Gillian (Matt), Rick (Shannon), Alan, Stephanie (Kevin), Christopher (Kelly) and Julie (Jason). Great Nonna of 14 adoring great-grandchildren. Survived by her sister Norine (Wallace) Hicks. Predeceased by her parents David and Salute Colautti, her sisters, Genevieve Piccinin, Agnes Mariuz and her brother Joseph Colautti, She will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, dear friends and much loved pet "Dolly". Our mom was an accomplished seamstress, having her own, in home, custom drapery service for over 30 years. She was an avid gardener and prided herself on her various beautiful roses. After an enjoyable day in her garden she loved to relax in her backyard gazebo or watch her favourite Toronto Blue Jay baseball team. She never missed a game!
