MONCION, Roch Joseph 74 years. Passed away peacefully on January 16, 2009, at Windsor Regional Hospital, Metropolitan Campus, with his loving family at his side. Loving father to Dan Moncion and wife Tonia, Roger Moncion. Cherished grandfather to Darian. Dear brother to Estel, Simone, Eva and Henri.
