Dear Heather & Shannon - our deepest sympathy goes out to you and your families on the loss of your dear Mother. As you know, Kathleen was my first cousin and we spent many years visiting each other. Also I lived with your Mom & Dad for about a year in 1950 when I first moved to Windsor. We had many happy & enjoyable times togethe,. and I shall miss her on my yearly visit to Windsor when we all got together for an evening of fun and reminiscing. I am sorry that we will not be able to be there with you on Saturday, but with the prediction of more snow storms on the way, I don't think we should chance it. I ALWAYS FELT SHE WAS A VERY SPECIAL PERSON AND REMEMBER HOW GOOD SHE WAS TO ME WHEN I USE TO WATCH YOU TWO WHEN YOU WERE LITTLE. SHE WAS A VERY SPECIAL LADY AND WILL TRULY BE MISSED. Heather and Shannon, Your mother was a great lady that we will all remember fondly. I'll never forget everything she ever did for me and my family. I remember the time your parents drove me and Joe and Erin to Manitoba and how that was important to all of us. I bet there's a table up there now playing Hand and Foot with her at it.

To the family of Kay Napier, Our hearts were saddened when we read of the passing of Kay. Moses and I phoned several times around Christmas and never got an answer. By the time we saw it in the paper Sat. morning it was to late to go. Your dad and mom always made us feel welcome. We will always remember "The Candyman" for his charm, wit and generosity.
