My Phuong Vuong

Passed away on December 10th peacefully at home with family at the age of 83. Loving wife of 62 years to the late Trinh Nguyen To. Beloved Mother to Christine (Kevin), Ha (the late Hieu), and Can (Tu Ly Ngo). Cherished Grandmother to Brian (Sharon), Tiffany, Jennifer, Jonathan, James, Bonita, Liliane, and Daniel. Survived by her brothers Du Vuong and Heng Len Hui, and her sister Hoang Vien Quang. Predeceased by her parents Heng Kim Xia and Tang Du Thinh. She will as well be missed by many extended friends and family.

My was born and raised in Cambodia. She and Trinh moved to Windsor in 1989. She was a homemaker and lovingly took care of her family. Her children and grandchildren were her pride and joy. My was an excellent cook and was particularly fond of sweets. She was also a cleaning machine around the house. She was an avid Solitaire player and also enjoyed watching The Price is Right, Wheel of Fortune, and her many Chinese dramas.

Visitation will be held at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home (South Chapel) 3048 Dougall Avenue (519-253-7236) on Saturday, December 14, 2024 from 9:30 a.m. to the time of the Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. A Private Family Burial to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
