Obituary of Lynda Sykes

Passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 3, 2024 at the age of 90 at Lifetimes on Riverside. Beloved wife of the late John Sykes (1989). Predeceased by her parents Arthur and Dorothy Woodcock. She is survived by her extended family in England. Lynda was a dedicated employee of the nursing team at the Metropolitan Hospital, where she retired after 40 years. She will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved her, and fondly remembered by the Henderson, Borg, and Sloat families for her kind nature and generous spirit. The family’s gratitude is extended to the dedicated and caring staff at Lifetimes. In keeping with Lynda’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
