Obituary of Gina Angela Bachetti

Gina passed away peacefully August 13, 2024 in Tecumseh, ON., at the age of 96. Beloved wife of Pietro (2006). Loving mother of Luciano and wife Rosa, Carlo and wife Antonella all of Tecumseh. Loving and adored grandmother of Elisa (Brian) Houston, Angela (Matteo) Bruzzese, Katria (Michael) Lepera, and Peter (Kristen). Cherished bisnonna to Nadia, Sophia, Elena, Elio, and Francesco. Predeceased by parents and one brother and sister in Italy. Survived by her sisters in Italy, Rosa and Giuseppina. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends in Italy and Canada.

Gina was a loving, caring mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who loved taking care of her family, through her love of food, and tending to her beautiful house plants and rose garden. A special thank you to the Tecumseh Extendicare staff for their care to our beloved Mother.

Visiting at the WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. (519-253-7234) on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 from 2:00 - 5:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. with parish prayers on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Services Thursday, August 22, 2024 at 9:45 a.m. from the Funeral Home then to St. Angela Merici Church for Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. Entombment at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
