Obituary of Ken Robbins

Passed away with his loving family by his side on August 5th, 2024 at the age of 90 years old.

Loving husband of the late Helen Robbins (2018) and special companion of Denise Ivanic. 

Loving father of Michael (Diane), David, and Pamela (Rob) Cherwak. Loving friend to Robb Ivanic. Cherished grandpa to Morgan, Caleb, Catherine and Angela. 

Predeceased by his parents, Harold and Lilian Robbins; and siblings George Robbins, Irene Fields (late Gene), Verna Thompson (late Norman) and Harold "Sonny" (Shirley) Robbins.

Dear brother of Harvey (Gwen) Robbins and Marie Robbins. Survived by many nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses in ICU at WRH Ouellette Campus for their care and compassion during this hard time. 

Visitation will be held at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home (South Chapel), 3048 Dougall Avenue (519-253-7236) on Thursday, August 15, 2024 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.  Parish prayers will be held at 6:30 p.m. Ken will rest at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church (4401 Mt. Royal Dr., South Windsor), on Friday, August 16, 2024 from 10 until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m.  Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
