Obituary of Mary Torok

TOROK, Mary (nee Magyar)

Passed away peacefully, on July 24, 2024 at the Village of Aspen Lake, at the age 0f 91. Beloved wife of the late Ernest Torok (2007). Loving mother of Leslie (Maria), Judy Link (Matthew) and Ted (JoAnn). Cherished Nagymama to Roxanne (Michael), Jakob (Samantha), Dylan, Noah (Jordan), Connor and Erik. Predeceased by her parents Miklos and Irma and siblings Irma, Irene, Aronka, Eda and Julius. Survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family. Mary volunteered over the years at the Free Magyar Reformed Church. She was a talented baker and will be fondly missed for her delicious family meals. The family would like to extend a special thank you to all of the staff at Village of Aspen Lake, Belle River Neighbourhood, especially Melissa Meloche for their compassionate care and support. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. (519) 253-7234, on Saturday, July 27, 2024 from 10:00am until time of Funeral Service at 12:00 Noon in the Chapel.
