Obituary of Atma Poonia

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Atma Singh Poonia on July 21, 2024, at the age of 74. He leaves behind his cherished wife, Susan Poonia (née Belchuk), and his beloved children, Paul Singh Poonia (Meaghan Poonia) and Ashley Kaur Poonia (Alain Bou-Diwan). He was a loving Papa to Isabella Poonia. Atma was a devoted brother to Balthasar Singh Poonia and Surjit Kaur Manak and the treasured son of the late Hukam Singh Poonia and Kartar Kaur. He was a dear uncle to many nieces and nephews. As the proud owner of Paul's Paper in Windsor, Ontario, and a dedicated member of Gurudwara Khalsa Prakash, Atma will be fondly remembered by all who knew him.
