Obituary of Alisha Lee-Eniola Ojo
It is with heavy hearts we announce the peaceful passing of our little fighter, Alisha Lee-Eniola “Lee-Lee” at the tender age of 13.5 months. Precious daughter of Tasha and Wale Ojo. Cherished little sister of Aj. Beloved granddaughter of John and Bonnie Paul and Joseph (2001) and Rachael Ojo. Dearest niece of Cornelius (Michelle), Anthony (Andrea), Johnny (Jeanelle), Tenisha (Rick), Yemisi (Phillips), Gbenga (2011), Abiola (Yoml), Kemi (Segun), and Femi (Yomi). Alisha will be missed by many cousins, great-aunts, great-uncles, and extended family.
Despite her diagnosis of Trisomy 18, Lee-Lee was a true warrior. She had an infectious smile and giggle, with a strong personality and diva attitude. Lee-Lee loved dancing with her mom, playing with her dad’s beard, reading books with her brother Aj, listening to her Papa sing and being rocked by her Meme. She will always be remembered as a happy, loving girl, and for always wearing her signature bow in her hair.
The family would like to thank the staff, Nurses, and Doctors with Detroit Children’s Hospital, London Health Sciences Center - Victoria Hospital and Windsor Regional Hospital - Metropolitan Campus. A special thank you to nurses Aerial and Judy for all their dedicated care and compassion shown to Lee-Lee and the entire family.
Visitation will take place at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home - Banwell Chapel, 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. (519-253-7235) on Saturday, July 20, 2024, from 12:00 pm until time of Funeral Service at 1:00 pm in the Chapel. Interment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
In kindness, donations in memory of Alisha may be made to the Ronald McDonald House Charities - Southwestern Ontario. Online condolences and cherished memories may be shared with the family at www.windsorchapel.com
