Obituary of Elaine Cassidy

Passed away peacefully on July 6, 2024, at the age of 82. Beloved wife of the late Eric Cassidy and Robert “Bob” Mackie. Loving mother of Michael (Sheila), late Brenda (1981), Robert (Brenda) and Douglas (Christine). Cherished Grandma of Robert, Jillian, Taylor, Kendyl, Kerstyn, Alex and Katie and great-grandchildren Lennyn, Laine and Wilder. Daughter of the late Alec Campeau and Shirley & Roland Montbleau. Dear sister to the late Cookie Koke (late Ed), late Eddie (late Bud), George (late Carol), Margaret Tremblay (Gilbert) and Raymond (Brenda). Survived by many nieces and nephews. Elaine will be deeply missed by all who loved her and will be remembered for her kind heart. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family, especially her children and grandchildren. The family would like to thank the staff of Sun Parlor - One West for their compassionate care and support. In honour of Elaine’s wishes, a private family service will be held.
