Obituary of Mario Alfonso Mendoza

Passed away peacefully with family by his side on Wednesday, April 24th, 2024, at the age of 86 years. Mario is survived by his cherished wife Alba Mendoza with whom shared 66 years of marriage. Cherished father to Mario, Carlos, Walter, Margehory, and Rodolfo Mendoza. Mario was a loving grandfather to 17 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. He is also survived by many siblings in El Salvador.  
 
Mario loved spending time with his family, and always kept them close. He enjoyed watching and playing soccer. He will be deeply missed by many but will always be fondly remembered by all who knew him.  

Visitation will be held at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home – Banwell Chapel (11677 Tecumseh Rd E.) 519-253-7235 on Sunday, April 28th, 2024, from 3-8pm. Visitation will continue Monday, April 29th, 2024, from 10am until time of funeral service at 11am. Interment to follow at Ste. Anne’s Cemetery.
