Obituary of Mary Jane Roberge

It is with heavy hearts we announce the peaceful passing of Jane with family by her side on Thursday, April 11th, 2024, at the age of 89 years. Predeceased by her husbands Paul Roberge (2014) and Bill Humick (1986). Cherished Parents Arthur Bezaire (1959) and Corinne Bezaire (Nee Meloche) (2006). Survived by loving children Billy (Connie) Humick and Jan (Vince) Sacilotto. Adored Grams to Mickie (Ron) Boyle, Kevin (Sandra) Humick, Holly (Fred) Lebeuf, Mary (Jamie) Humick, Kristina (Michael) Tenzer, Michael (Cristina) Sacilotto. Proud Great Grandmother of Jade, Tyler, Adriana, Cadence, Alessandra, Zachary, Ava, Nico, Gianna, Landen, and great great grandmother to Owen. Jane was a secretary at Purity Dairies where she met her husband, Bill. Jane accomplished her lifelong dream of becoming a nurse at I.O.D.E. Hospital and was employed for 30+ years at Windsor Regional Western Campus. Upon her retirement, she enjoyed travelling to Quebec, and spending time with her family. Jane was a devout Catholic, who kept her faith close, and is now embraced in the arms of the Lord. The family would like to thank the staff of Brouillette Manor for their compassionate care, and a special thank you to Grace and Rob Garant and daughters Audrey and Abbey Garant for everything you did for Jane during her life. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jane’s memory to The Alzheimer’s Society of Windsor-Essex. Visitation will be held at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home – Banwell Chapel (11677 Tecumseh Rd E.) 519-253-7235 on Thursday, April 18th, 2024, from 3-6pm, with prayers at 5:30pm. Visitation will continue Friday, April 19th, 2024, at St. Joseph Parish River Canard from 10am until time of Mass at 11am. Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
