Obituary of Jillian Perez

Passed away at the age of 46 on April 9, 2024. Beloved wife of Carl Dale for over 18 years. Special Fur Mom to Phoebe and devoted sister to Darwin. She will be missed by cousins Peter and Edwin, and her Uncle Pedro. Predeceased by adored parents Rodito and Loreto Perez, and Aunt Teresita who was her second mom.

Jillian will be greatly missed by her work family at Ford Motor Company and Erie Shore Hospital in Leamington. She was devoted to her work as an Infection Control Coordinator, RPN and CIC. Jillian was proud of her achievement in receiving her certification as CIC for infection control. 

She will be especially missed by her life long friends Ellen and Amy. Also survived by her extended family members in the Philippines.

In honour of Jillian, donations can be made and would be appreciated by the family to the Kidney Foundation or the Diabetes Foundation.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 14, 2024 at Windsor Chapel – Banwell Chapel (11677 Tecumseh Rd E) from 2:00 pm to 5:00pm and 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Visitation will continue on Monday, April 15, 2024, from 10:00 am until the time of Chapel Service at 11:00 am. In Jillian’s wishes, cremation will follow.
