Obituary of Antonia Di Mambro (nee Fusco)

It is with sadness and broken hearts that we announce the passing of Antonia on April 10, 2024, at the age of 96. She died peacefully while surrounded by her family. Reunited with her beloved husband Michelangelo (2001). Daughter of the late Giovanni and Vincenza Fusco. Loving mother of Bruno (2022) and wife Ewa, and Silvana Hallett and husband Raymond. Cherished Nonna of Lisa MacKenzie (Richard), Kristen DiGiovanni (Michael), and Stephanie and Sara DiMambro. Bisnonna of Maverick and Nataliya MacKenzie and Robbie and Amelia DiGiovanni. Predeceased by siblings Giuseppe of Brooklin, Antonio of Windsor, Vincenzina of Toronto, Carmela of France and Filomena of France. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In the summer, Antonia loved tending to her garden and flowers. She loved playing cards and enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was also a proud member of the Ciociaro Club.

Visitation will take place at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME - Banwell Chapel, 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. (519-253-7235), on Sunday, April 14, 2024, from 3-5 pm and 7-9 pm. Parish Prayers at 3:00 pm. Friends are invited to meet at Our Lady of Atonement Church (2940 Forest Glade Dr.) on Monday, April 15, 2024, for Funeral Mass at 10:00 am. Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery. As your expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to Our Lady of Atonement Church.
