Obituary of Danilo Orbeta Pangilinan

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Danilo Orbeta Pangilinan on March 17, 2024.

He was born to the late Mariano and Bella Pangilinan on May 6 1941 in Manila, Philippines. Predeceased by his wives, Maria Nora and Zenaida. Adoring father to the late Robert (Mhel), Dollie (Miguel), Diane (Ron), Daze (Frank), Lady (Rob), Odessa (Keegan), Dave (Naan) and Ken (Genevieve). Beloved Lolo to Patrick, Glenn, Loren, Aidan, Johnny, Leah, Kamille, Kasey, Khyanna, Ella, Nora, and Kailee. Beloved brother to the late Purita, Hermie, Daisy, Juanito, the late Robert, Willie, Tessie, and Cesar. He will be missed by many family members and friends. Danilo worked for many years in telecommunications, with both Classic Communications and Kelcom, and he also served his community in the Philippines as an HVAC technician. He was an expert on the karaoke stage, but he specialized in singing Sweet Caroline and My Way. When not singing karaoke, he played drums for years in a band in the Philippines, with his brother by his side. Danilo could often be found fishing by the river, as he so enjoyed to do. Dedicated to both his family and his faith, he will be missed and remembered by all who knew him.   Visitation will held at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home (Banwell Chapel), 11677 Tecumseh Road East (519-253-7235) on Friday, March 22, 2024 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.  Prayers Friday at 2:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.  Funeral Services will be held in Chapel on Saturday, March 23, 2024 at 10:30 a.m.  Cremation to follow.  Donations to Charity of Your Choice would be appreciated by the family.  Memories and Condolences can be shared online at www.windsorchapel.com
