Obituary of Adam Bosnyak

Passed away peacefully at the age of 84. Ed is reunited with his wife of 45yrs, Patricia “Pat” (nee Hayes). Ed was predeceased by his parents George and Barbara Bosnyak, and in-laws George and Kathleen Hayes. Loving brother to Mary Bosnyak. Brother in-law to Judy (Donald) Chalcraft, late Susan (Henry) Sipila, Danny (Patty) Hayes, and late Marty Hayes. Uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Ed was an elementary teacher for the Catholic School Board and retired from St Rose. Ed loved fast cars, story telling, and traveling with Pat on many adventures. He had a great sense of humour and enjoyed spending time with friends. Ed VA3VA, was an active member of the local amateur radio community. He was a member of the Windsor Amateur Radio Club, Essex County VHF society, and The Sun Parlour Retirees Amateur Radio Club. His contributions and passion to the local amateur radio community will never be forgotten. He will be sadly missed by his close friends and family.

Visitation will be held at Windsor Chapel - Banwell Chapel (11677 Tecumseh Rd E) on Monday, March 11, 2024 from 12pm until the time of service at 1pm. Procession will follow to Heavenly Rest Cemetery. In Ed's honour donations would be greatly apperciated by the family to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Windsor Cancer Centre Foundation.
