Obituary of Patricia Cobbin

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of Patricia ‘Patti’ Cobbin, aged 56, on January 29, 2024, at her home in Windsor, Ontario.  Patti was born and raised in Hamilton, Ontario.  She is survived by the love of her life, Kevin Player of Windsor, two sons, Joshua Hilliard (Windsor) and Thomas Cooper (St. Catharines) and two granddaughters, Natalie and Hazel.  Patti was the eldest daughter to William (2020) and Kathleen Moore, who will miss her dearly along with her sisters Leigh Moore (Jay McGee) and Lexie Malloy, niece Gwenyth, nephew Camden and step-sons Owen and Evan.

Patti’s passion for crafting and beautiful needlework touched each one of us.  Priceless handmade gifts were guaranteed inside every gift bag.  No media was a challenge for her talented hands.  Her ability to hold the attention of the room with stories about days gone by or just yesterday were filled with passion and animation. The funeral has taken place, and a celebration of her precious short life will be held at a later date.
