Rosa Morello (nee Agosta)

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Rosa on January 21, 2024 at the age of 92.  Born on October 20, 1931 in San Vito Lo Capo, Sicily.  She is now reunited with the love of her life, Lorenzo (October 24, 2015).  Daughter of the late Rosa (Basilio) and late Filippo Agosta.  Adoring mother to Joe (Anna), Phil (Lucy), late Aldo (May 2015) (Diane) and Tony (Alejandra).  Loving Nonna to Rosa (Dave Masse), Lorenze, Stephen (Stefanie), Kristina (Chris Banninger), Danielle (Chuck Petrillo), Lawrence, Bryan, Brandon and Samantha.  Bis-nonna to Kaiana, Tyson, Marco, Kenley, Mason, Mila, Christian, Dallas and Riley.  Dear sister of the late Anna (late Joe) Aiuto and the late John (Sharon) Agosta.  Rosa was a happy homemaker who doted on her family always in the kitchen making their favourite meals and desserts.  She was an exceptional seamstress and could sew almost anything.  She enjoyed her yearly extended stays to Acapulco and she loved music and especially listening to her sons play in their respective bands.  She will be dearly missed.  Rosa’s family wishes to thank the staff at Richmond Terrace for the excellent care provided to Rosa while a resident there. Visitation will be held at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home – South Chapel, 3048 Dougall Avenue (519-253-7236) on Friday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.  Prayers Friday at 3:30 p.m.  Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2024 at 8:45 a.m. at the funeral home, then to St Angela Merici Church, 980 Louis Avenue for the time of the Funeral Mass at 9:30 a.m.  Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.  As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice.  Memories and condolences can be shared online at www.windsorchapel.com
