Obituary of Layla Ibrahim

 Passed away after a lengthy illness on December 26, 2023, at Windsor Regional Hospital Met Campus.  Beloved wife of Awni for 45 years.  Loving mother of Roy (Balsam) Abraham and Pamela (Adam) Wagner.  Cherished Nana to Benjamin, Peter and Nicholas.  Layla will be sadly missed by many family and friends in Canada and the USA.  She will be remembered for her strength, and love she had for her family and friends as well as her passion for cooking.  A special thank you to the VON Windsor service, Doctors, and Nurses at WRH Met Campus for the ongoing care and compassion that was provided to Layla.  Visitation will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, 834 Raymo Road, Windsor, Ontario on Saturday, December 30, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. to the time of the Funeral Mass at 12:00 p.m.  Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
