Born on April 4, 1935, in Montreal, QC, Mary Paleczka was a cherished wife to the late Tony (August 10, 2017) for 47 years. Dear mother to Ken Hyra and his wife Sheila Somerville, stepmother to the late Daniel Paleczka, and his wife Enza. A long-time public servant with the University of McGill and the Government of Canada, Mary dedicated her life to others. Her warmth and generosity touched countless lives, not least of which were her family. Mary was unwavering in her dedication to those closest to her. Her grandchildren and great - grandchildren were the luckiest recipients of her time, and hope to be able to emulate her love, support, and understanding.
