Obituary of Norma Alfreda Rivard

Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on December 18, 2023 at the age of 89. Beloved wife to Clarence for 68 years. Loving mother of Ray and Mark (Cindy). Meme to Ray Jr. (Crystal), Monique Lozeron (Steve), Dawna Irwin (Kyle), Elizabeth Rivard and Emily Rivard. Cherished Grand-Meme of Colin, Brianna, Cameron, Asia and Xavier. Dear sister to Bessie Siddal (Sam), Charles Milloy, Roberta Mahoney and the late Betty (1962). Will be dearly missed by her in-laws, nieces, nephews and special friends. Norma loved playing cards, doing crafts and crocheting. Her most fond memories were spent travelling with her family throughout the years, especially camping.  The family would like to thank the nurses and doctors on the 7^th floor WRH-Met Campus for their compassionate care.

Visitation will be held at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home – Banwell Location, 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E., Windsor (519-253-7235) on Friday, December 22, 2023 from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers and similar memorials, you are asked to perform an act of kindness, perhaps help out a person in need, plant a flower in Norma’s memory or simply look for the beauty around you and share it with someone.
