Obituary of Jan Mazurek

Passed away peacefully on December 16, 2023 at the age of 80. Cherished husband of Krystyna for 46 years. Dear father of Martin, Jacob and Luke. Loving grandfather of Devin, Jasmin, Mia and Max.

Visitation will be held at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home - Central Chapel (1700 Tecumseh Rd. E ) 519-253-7234 on Thursday, December 21, 2023 from 5-8pm. Parish Prayers at 5pm. Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Trinity Parish (1035 Ellis St. E.) on Friday, December 22 at 11am. Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
