Fun things always happened when “Penny” (as she was known in The Netherlands) was around. After John died, she invited my family to stay at the house in Bognor Regis in the UK. She took us for a pub lunch in the New Forest where, of course, ponies joined us at the table - much to my son’s delight. We have so many fond memories of her and John in the late eighties and early nineties. From Zeeland to the St. Ermin’s Hotel in London, she had us in fits of laughter. She loved company, conversation, the odd cocktail and most of all a dance - especially when the band played “Pennies from heaven”. RIP Penny and condolences to all your family. Thank you for the wonderful times and fantastic memories. From Neale & family, and those that remember you in Eindhoven. XXX
