Dear Rosina, Domenic, Angela, and Joe, We are all so very sorry to hear of the sudden passing of your husband and father. It is devastating to lose someone whom you love so dearly and with whom you have shared so much over all these years. You know what an honorable and loving man he was, and how much he cherished all of his family throughout his whole life. Every time I saw him, he had a smile and a story, and it was clear that he loved his children dearly. Take comfort in knowing that our prayers are with you all now and in the days to come, and in the belief that he has found eternal rest and peace with God. And when you feel alone, and are faced with feeling bewildered by circumstances, and by your loss, ask not why, but what, "What? What do you have in mind now, Lord?" and God will answer you.
