I wish to express my deepest sympathy to your family on John's passing. My name is Roselynn Featherstone (Dirksen) and John is a first cousin; his mother and my mother were sisters. John was a quite few years older than myself so I did not get to know him well as we were all growing up; however, I do remember him visiting my parents occasionally in Leamington and how kind he was.
