Obituary of Leslie Jean Kavanaugh

KAVANAUGH-Leslie Jean

Born May 6, 1949 to Thomas (1988) and Marilyn (2005) Hunter
Mom passed away peacefully in her sleep on October 14, 2023. She is survived by her children; Christine (Steven) Kavanaugh-Elliott, Jerry (Rachelle) Kavanaugh, Wayne (Debra) Kavanaugh. Her grandchildren; Timothy (Kali) Kavanaugh, Christopher (Jessica) Elliott, Benjermen Elliott, MacKenzie (Naomi) Kavanaugh, Chase (Hanna) Kavanaugh, Drew (Tyler) Kavanaugh, Hunter (Joy) Kavanaugh, Ryleigh Kavanaugh, and Darby (Evan) Kavanaugh. Mom has two great granddaughters; Aireella Elliott and Elizabeth Kavanaugh. Leslie leaves behind a sister, Christine (Albert) DeMers and a brother Thomas (Barbara) Hunter and their families. As well as her companion Terry Lyons. Our mother was involved in Windsor Minor Lacrosse for many years. She was a retired School Crossing Guard. Visiting at the WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd E (519)253-7234 on Thursday October 19, 2023 from 3 to 5pm and 7 to 9pm. Words of Remembrance and shared memories will take place on Thursday at 7:30pm. As her request cremation will take place and a private family burial at a later date. As your expression of sympathy donations may be made in her memory to the Windsor/Esssex Humane Society would be appreciated by the family.
