Obituary of Doris Lenhardt (nee Tremblay)

Passed away October 13^th at the age of 97.  Dear wife of the late Paul Lenhardt of 59 years.  Loving mother of Frankie, Christine Fleming, Daniel (Yolanda).  Grandmother to Mackenzie Fleming (Whitney), Carlee Peralta (Sal), Alexandra Dahl (Jake) and Max Lenhardt (Paula).  Great GiGi to Ava, Amelia, Eliana and Madalena.  Predeceased by parents Phil and Nellie Tremblay, brother Harold Tremblay and sister Blanche Kavanaugh.  Remembered by many nieces and nephews.  Special friend to Mara, Jim, Sonia and Jaclyn.  Mom worked for 20 years at A&P (Metro).  She was an avid follower of baseball and a big fan of the Detroit Tigers.   Mom was a selfless, loving person who devoted her life to her family and was Frankie's guardian angel.  Special thanks to Tracey and her supporting staff at HDGH – Palliative Care Unit together with T2B for the comfort and care provided.  Visitation will be held at Windsor Chapel (South Chapel), 3048 Dougall Avenue (519-253-7236) on Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.   A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Corpus Christi Church, 1400 Cabana Road West on Thursday, October 19, 2023 at 10:00 a.m.  Interment Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
