Obituary of Adele Di Stefano (nee Mariani)
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of the best mother. Cherished wife of the late Americo (2018). Adored mother of Giuseppina (Douglas Holland), Maria Teresa (Roger Renaud) and Angela Di Stefano. Proud Nonna of Rosanna Belcastro (1987), Matteo (Angela) Bruzzese, Gabriel (Alexandria) Bruzzese, Jessica Giorgi, Savahanna Bruzzese, Michaela Olivito and Olivia Holland. Bisnonna to Jordan and Gianna Bruzzese. Dear sister to Giorgio (Valeta) Mariani and the late Teresa Masci. Adele will be deeply missed by her family and friends near and far. She loved to spend time and care for her family and she enjoyed gardening and cooking. The family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to Dolce Vita Retirement Home and their staff for the exceptional care and compassion that Adele received during her time there. A special thank you to Dr Xing, Dr Jarvis and the staff at WRH Ouellette Campus. Visitation will be held at Windsor Chapel (South Chapel) 3048 Dougall Avenue (519-253-7236) on Tuesday, August 1, 2023 from 2-5 p.m. & 7-9 p.m. Parish prayers Tuesday at 4:30 p.m. Funeral Services will begin on Wednesday, August 2, 2023 at 8:30 a.m. at the funeral home with procession to St Angela Merici Church (980 Louis Ave) for the Funeral Mass at 9:30 a.m. Entombment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
