Obituary of Nancy Louise Sakal

SAKAL, Nancy (nee Joyce) Passed away August 29, 2008, at the age of 67 years. Dear wife of the late Mike Sakal (1989). Beloved mother of John Neveu and Gerri Morykot and Tom and Chris Neveu. Daughter of the late Cyril and Mabel Joyce. Cherished grandmother of Melissa and Trevor Knapp and Ashley Neveu and great-grandmother of Owen Knapp. Dear sister of Jim Joyce and Debra. Predeceased by sister Margaret and survived by brother-in-law Bill Badgley. Nancy is also survived by nieces and nephews Chuck and Sarah, Kevin and Nicole, Kristian, Maggie and Philip, and Amber and Chris. She was a great aunt to Daijah, Jenna and Luke, and MacKenzie and Conner. Visitation has taken place at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E., on Sunday August 31, 2008 from 7 -9 p.m. and Monday from 2 - 5 and 7 -9 p.m. Visitation will continue on Tuesday, September 2, 2008, from 9 a.m. until time of Funeral Service in the Chapel, at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at Windsor Memorial Gardens. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Windsor Regional Cancer Centre or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
