Obituary of Slavko Lakic

LAKIC, Slavko September 17, 1956 - July 25, 2023. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Slavko at the age of 66. Dear son of the late Bogdan and Dmitra Lakic. Loving brother to Stevan Lakic (Kosa), Marija Pavic (late Luka), late brothers Vladimir and Marinko Lakic. He leaves behind many nieces and nephews in Canada, U.S.A, and overseas, as well as many relatives and friends, and kumovi in Quebec. A heartfelt thanks to our cousin, Miroslav Lakic, and his family who were always there for him. Slavko was a retired employee of JFK Systems after many years of dedicated service. Slavko will be remembered for his sense of humour and his honesty. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. (519) 253-7234 on Friday, July 28, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel officiated by Very Rev. Fr. Jovica Cetkovic. According to Slavko's wishes, a Funeral Service and burial will take place at a later date in his hometown and birthplace of Kasic, Dalmacija.
