I have so many good memories of Jimmy- always smiling and friendly, and always involved with his family. This photo is of a chance meeting with Jackie and Jim at a gas station in New Brunswick! We had a laugh together- it was so nice. Jimmy, you will be missed. Mary

Jim will be sorely missed. My memories of him start with never having seen Jackie so happy. I know he was a wonderful husband, father and friend. His gentle demeanor belied tremendous strength in the pursuit of all things he held dear. His wry wit and mischievous smile always added an element of fun and whimsy to family events. I am so very sorry for Jacqueline, for the immediate and extended family, and for their friends.It is a great loss. It is a real tragedy to lose such a wonderful husband father, grandfather and friend at such a young age. My experience of Jim was through my kind hospitable niece, Jacqueline. I send my sincere condolences and prayers to all the family.

So many memories of Jim - when my sister Jackie came home with this shy young man so many years ago- who would have known how many special moments we would all share together - I especially remember how Jim enjoyed family visits- shared vacations and lazy afternoons by the pool- and yes I always took advantage of his good nature to ask for advice about renos and DIY projects . But most of all I remember his joy in being a family man , a loving husband, father and grandfather and a wonderful brother-in-law. Rest in peace Jim, we love you.

Jimmy was our brother in law. He was always ready during family functions to lend a hand, tell a story, and share a smile. Michael remembers the day Jimmy came over to our house while Michael was painting the living room. Jimmy was on vacation, but he picked up a paint brush and just started helping. That was the kind of person he was, a strong, steadfast example of a loving and devoted husband, father and friend. He made the world a better place and will be sorely missed. Our love and support goes out to Jackie and the kids. Love, Sheila, Michael and family

I worked with Jim a great many times over the past twenty years or so, and it was always very enjoyable. Whether in Chatham, or Leamington, or Windsor, we always had fun, and always fixed the elevator. He taught me a lot during those many work trips. I'll miss him a lot. God speed Jim.
