Obituary of Lourdelle Griffith

GRIFFITH, Lourdelle (nee Blackman) September 16, 1945 - June 1, 2023 Passed peacefully with her loving family by her side. Cherished wife to Elington of 55 years. Loving mother to Kerry Ann Cunningham (Peter), Elington and Orissia Tanner (Brian). Proud grandmother of McKenzie, Ethan, Preston, Pearce, Cassandra, Payton, Savannah, Anniah and Dion. Step-mother to Tonia and Keston. Sister to Shriver and Frankie. Predeceased by parents Carl and Elaine Blackman. She will be dearly missed by her many extended family, friends, nieces and nephews. Family would like to give a special thanks to the staff, nurses and doctors at Windsor Hospice for their compassionate care, especially Lisa, Morrisa, Vicky and Steve. Funeral Service to be held at St. Augustine of Canterbury Anglican Church (5145 Wyandotte St E, Windsor, ON N8S 1L3) on Thursday, June 8, 2023 at 11 a.m. Burial to follow at a later date at Memory Gardens Cemetery, Breslau, ON.
