Obituary of Aiyanna Madelyn Brown

Brown, Aiyanna Madelyn December 19, 2008- May 30, 2023 It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our precious Lil Princess Aiyanna Madelyn Brown at the tender age of 14. Precious daughter to James Brown and Danielle Pillon. Cherished sister to Kaylyn, Jadyn, Anessa, Alaya and Noah. Beloved granddaughter to Deborah and Richard Pillar and Predeceased by her paternal grandparents Thomas and Agnus Brown. Aiyanna will be deeply missed by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Aiyanna had this vibrant and infectious personality. Accompanied by her gut-wrenching laugh and contagious smile that always lights up the room. Aiyanna was a non-verbal child, however that did not stop her when it came to getting her point across. Aiyanna was born with a rare genetic syndrome known as Cornelia Delange Syndrome (CDLS) and she wore her syndrome with pride. Aiyanna made it clear this would not stop her amazing journey throughout her short life. Through the years, she faced many challenges but she was always ready to conquer the next battle without fear. She walked through her life journey with the utmost resilience and strongest determination. We would like to thank all of the Doctors and medical team at Windsor Regional Hospital, London Hospital, Sick Kids Toronto, John McGivney, Ronald McDonald House, Make a wish Foundation and her School Community. A very special thanks to Dr. J. Grimmer, Sarrah Laford (RN) and all of the staff at London Health Care Team for their never-ending support throughout the years, until the very end. Your truly were our family away from home. Visitation will be held at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home (CENTRAL LOCATION) 1700 Tecumseh Road East on Tuesday, June 6th 2023 from 2-4pm and 7-pm. Visitation will continue on Wednesday, June 7th 2023 from 10am until time of Funeral Service at 11am. Procession to Windsor Memorial Gardens for Cremation to follow.
