Obituary of Hilda Mary Szokol

For Saturday WS no photo SZOKOL, Hilda Mary (Nee Power) Passed away peacefully on February 7, 2008 at Hospice Village, with her loving family by her side, at the age of 82 years. Sadly missed by her husband Michael. Loving mother of Mike and wife Madeline Szokol and family, Louis and wife Nancy Szokol and family. Predeceased by parents Leo and Elizabeth Power. Dear sister of Maurice and wife Eileen Power and family, Aiden and wife Ann Power, Arthur and wife Olga Power and family, Rev. P. J. Power CSsR. Predeceased by sisters Hanna Power, Ellen and husband Hurbert Gibbons and brothers Henry Power, Frank Power, Brother Albert Power CSsR. Dear sister-in-law to Anita Power and family, Aneas Power and family. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. A special thank you to the staff at Hospice Village for their care and compassion. Visitation at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, 1700 Tecumseh Rd. East, on Sunday, February 10, 2008 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Prayers Sunday at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Services Monday, February 11, 2008 at 9:45 a.m. from the Windsor Chapel then to St. Alphonsus Church for Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest.
