SCHMENK, Harold Ernest March 3, 1914 - February 23, 2008 Loving husband of Anne Marie sharing 61 years of love and companionship. Loving father to " his girls " Kathleen ( Kathie ) & husband Gary Hawkes, Virginia & husband Bill Poff and Tracey & husband Fred Rehman. Cherished grandpa of Daina & husband Jon Leopold, Adam Hawkes, Leland & wife Selina Rehman and Alexis & husband Richard Frohman. Loving great grandpa to Chloe and Brooke. Dear brother of the late Agnes, Len, Fred, Ruth, Hilda and Rosalie. Beloved brother in law of Sophie & husband Alex Caird and John & his late wife Nellie Hantz. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Harold was a lifelong Red Wing & Tiger fan. Visiting at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME 1700 Tecumseh Rd East 519-253-7234 on Tuesday from 2 - 5 & 7 - 9 PM. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday February 27, 2008 at 11:00 AM in the chapel. Cremation to follow. A private interment will take place at a later date.
