Obituary of Jacques Herve Marcotte

MARCOTTE, Jacques Herve (Harv) On August 14th, 2008 I said goodbye to my best friend and soul mate. He peacefully passed away at Windsor Regional Hospital, Metropolitan Campus at the age of 64 years. Beloved husband of Linda (nee Skov). Loving father to Paul Marcotte and wife Heather, Alain Marcotte, Lee Cornies and wife Sherry, Lori Atkins and husband Steve. Cherished grandfather to Nicole, Joshua, Shian, Marie and Nate. Dear brother to Claudette Vaillancourt and husband Bernard, Pauline Rainville and husband Rollie, Madeleine Goudreau and husband Claude and the late Gilles and wife Kim. Dear brother-in-law to the late Erik Skov, Ron Skov and wife Jan and Robyn Skov and husband Gord Hoyt. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Harv worked for Chrysler Canada for 36 years and upon retirement continued as an instructor with the training program. He was an alumnus of Brentwood for 24 years. Visitation at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Friday, August 15, 2008 from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. with prayers at 8 p.m. Funeral services Saturday, August 16, 2008 at 10:45 a.m. from the Funeral Home then to Most Precious Blood Church for Funeral Mass at 11:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
