Obituary of Rhoda Ellen Mailloux

MAILLOUX, Rhoda Ellen "Nonny" (nee Challans) Born April 24, 1915. Passed away peacefully April 22, 2008 at the age of 92 years. Predeceased by her husband Francis L. Mailloux (December 3, 1942) Loving and devoted mother to Frances Mailloux and dear friend of Pat Kennedy. Loving Grandmother to Phil & Renee McAfrey. Tender Great-grandmother to Lindsay, Ashlee & Kylie. Dear sister & sister in law to the late Jack & Sophie Challans. Dear Aunt to Helen, Jackie, Lori & Leslie. The family wishes to thank all the ladies at Extendicare (Tecumseh) for their compassion & friendship in the 3 years Rhoda resided there. Special thanks to Papa, Lorraine, Lena and Ilias for all their rides for whom without we would have had to walk to visit our Nonny. Visitation to be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Saturday, April 26, 2008 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service to be held on Saturday, April 26, 2008 at 8:00 p.m. in the chapel. Cremation to follow. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the John McGivney Children's Centre (Kylie).
