We will journey alongside you as together we create a lasting and meaningful farewell through compassion, experience, and comfort. Our team will assist you and your family as you make the important decisions regarding the service and how to best honour the unique life of your loved one.
At Windsor Chapel we know how important the time-honoured ritual of ceremony is. The act of ceremony marks the most significant milestones throughout our lives. We use ceremonies to celebrate new life, graduation, marriage, a retirement, or a life well lived. Historically, communities have observed the ritual of ceremony to reflect on events of significance. Whether you choose to honour the life of your loved one in a formal or informal way, our team will make appropriate recommendations to customize any ceremony to reflect the life of your loved one. The ritual of ceremony helps to show people that they are united, they belong, and they are supported. Allow our thoughtful team to help you create a ceremony that can be anything from traditional to casual, the possibilities are endless. Choose from one of our three beautifully appointed event centres or ask our team about how we can assist you in transforming a favourite park, your own home, or any special place into the perfect setting for friends and family to gather in ceremony. The entire Windsor Chapel team will work diligently to honour the life of your loved one in a dignified and respectful way, obsess over every detail, and make sure that your needs are met with nothing less than service excellence.

A Hallowed Place
“It is here that we show honor to the memories of a life that touched us and remains alive in our hearts.”
We believe that the ritual of ceremony carries on to the final act of committal. It is important to recognise the impact of saying goodbye and understanding that life, as it once was, is now changed forever. A place of committal can become sacred for your family to gather and remember the presence of love shared through life.
Once you've chosen how you'd like to celebrate the unique life of your loved one, the next decision you'll face is whether to choose burial, entombment, or cremation. Whether you’ve discussed and know the wishes of your loved one, or you’re left to make that decision on your own, the Windsor Chapel Team is here to guide you. We will provide you with the information you need as we help you to consider your options and make the decision that is right for your family. Once you've chosen between burial, entombment, and cremation our expert team will provide you with all the information regarding the local cemeteries, mausoleums, and crematoriums.
It is important to understand that when cremation is selected, you and your family will have to consider whether to bury, entomb, or scatter the cremated remains, and where you’d like to do so. While cremation is certainly a final process, careful consideration must be paid to how the remains are taken care of after cremation. There are many options to finalize the ceremony for your loved one. Our knowledgeable team will answer all your questions regarding cremation options.
No matter which path you decide to take, we'll be there to support and assist you in exploring your options and making an informed decision that feels right for you and your family.
