Obituary of Edward Czilli

It is with saddened hearts that we announce the passing of Edward on August 18, 2018 just one day before his 57th wedding anniversary. Loving husband of Genevieve (nee Deinzer). Beloved father of Edward and wife Anita, Michael and James. Predeceased by his brother and sister. He will also be missed by many nieces and nephews. Edward enjoyed a long career as a Structural Steel Draftsman. Dedication and meticulous attention to detail were the hallmarks of his work. Through the joys and trials of a long life, he remained faithful and devoted to his vocation as Husband and Father. Edward lived and died with a profound and deep faith in Christ. May the Divine Mercy remain with him. We are extraordinarily grateful for the exceptional care that Edward received and the kindness and comfort extended to our family from the doctors and nursing staff in the Intensive Care Unit of Windsor Regional Hospital- Metropolitan Campus. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL (South Chapel) 3048 Dougall Avenue, 519-253-7234 on Wednesday August 22, 2018 from 2-4 7-9 p.m. Prayers at 7:30 p.m. Visitation will continue at St. Theresa"s Church (1991 Norman Rd.) on Thursday August 23, 2018 from 10:30 a.m. until Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
