Obituary of Marija Stanciu

STANCIU, Maria (nee Bojer) Passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her family on June 19, 2016 at the age of 84 years. Loving mother of Doina (Diane) Coticchio (Larry). Cherished Baba to Stefania Soulliere (Dino), and David Coticchio. Great-grandmother to Simona. Dear sister of the late George Stanciu (2016) and surviving wife Maria. Adored Aunt to Helen Gligor (Lucian) and the late Ilija Stanciu (2016). Great-aunt to nieces Lillian, and Susan Gligor. Maria was a retired employee of the former I.O.D.E. Hospital with 25 years of dedicated service. A heartfelt thank you to caregivers, Karen Brady (St. Elizabeth) and PSW's Zorica, Mary, Nancy and Elsa for their compassionate care provided to Maria.
