Olivito, Caterina (nee Bitonti) It is with heavy hearts that the Olivito family announces the peaceful passing of Caterina with her family by her side at the age of 83 years on April 13, 2016. Born in San Giovanni in Fiore, Cosenza, Italy on October 24, 1932. Loving wife of the late Antonio (2004). Loving mother of Saverio and wife Pina Olivito, Giovanni Olivito, the late Maria Teresa Bitonti (2001), Barbara and husband Roberto Recine, Rosa and husband Salvatore Russano, Domenico and wife Carmelina Olivito, Frank and wife Mary-Ann Olivito, Salvatore and wife Gloria Olivito. Loving Nonna of 20 grandchildren and Bis Nonna of 9 great grandchildren. Predeceased by 2 brothers and 1 sister. Sister-in-law of Caterina Belcastro. Will also be missed by several nieces and nephews. Our family would like to extend a heartfelt prayer of thanks to all who took part in the care of our mother from the Huron Lodge Long Term Care Home, Maple Unit, 2nd Floor. E., 519-253-7234 on Friday, April 15, 2016 from 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Parish prayers Friday at 4:30 p.m. A Funeral will be held on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at 9 a.m. from the Chapel then to St. Angela Merici Church for funeral Mass at 9:30 a.m. Entombment will follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
