Obituary of Anthony Brooker

BROOKER, Anthony John

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Anthony John Brooker, who peacefully passed away at home on July 16, 2026, at the age of 34.

Anthony was the beloved son of Linda Brooker, with whom he shared an extraordinarily close and inseparable bond. Son of Tim Brooker and partner Ron. He was a kind, gentle, and loving soul whose warm heart, infectious sense of humour, and playful spirit brought joy to everyone who knew him. Anthony was a natural jokester who could always make people smile, and he carried himself through life with compassion and kindness toward others.

He had a passion for movies and video games and was an avid hockey fan, faithfully cheering on his beloved Toronto Maple Leafs.

Cherished grandson of Joseph (Therese) Derikx, and the late Bernice Derikx. Dear nephew of Terry (Tammy), Debbie, Judy, and Tim (Sherry-Lyn). Anthony will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his many extended family members and friends.

Cremation has taken place. Family and friends are invited to attend the interment of Anthony's cremated remains at Windsor Memorial Gardens on Friday, July 24, 2026, at 1:00 p.m.
