Obituary of Jeannette Hastings

Jeannette Marie Hastings (née Levesque) passed away peacefully on July 3rd at the age of 90 years. Beloved wife of Tom, sharing 54 years of love and companionship. Loving mother of her son, Tom, and his wife, Barb. Predeceased by her son, Jeffery Joseph (1965). Proud Mémé of Johnny and his wife, Lisa; Jimmy and his wife, Ashley; and great-grandchildren Lucy, Hannah, Daisy, and Amelia Hastings. Daughter of Laurent and Rose Levesque. Honoured sister of Mary Ann Murphy (Larry), her twin Laurette Ireland (Chuck), Marie "Mert" Diamante (Luigi), Lawrence "Larry Boy" Levesque (Joannie), Evelyn "Cookie" Murphy (Mike), Margie Berry (Fred), Jo-Anne Dufault (Ron "Duffy"), and Phil Levesque. "Aunt Jen" will be forever remembered and loved by Linda (Brian), Laura (Paul), Dan (Kim), Bob (Shelley), and all of her many close nieces, nephews, dear friends, and colleagues. Jeannette was a talented artist and cook, who retired from GM Trim after several years of service and achievements. In accordance to Jeannette's wishes, cremation will take place. A Celebration of Life will be held at Windsor Chapel - Banwell Chapel (11677 Tecumseh Rd E) 519-253-7235 on Saturday, July 11th, 2026 from 12pm to 2pm in the Reception Lounge.
