We were so sad to hear of the passing of another cousin Kathy (Syroid) Galay. We send our cincere condolences to her sister Jeana at this sad time in her life. Kathy was a special cousin to me because she lived so far away and always treated us like Royalty when we visited her and Dennis. There was nothing she would not do to make us feel like family.(Sokoloski). It was a real pleasure to be able to share the time together on Earth in my journey through life. We will miss her but will never forget her.Ricky & Claire & Family.

I'm so terribly sorry to hear about "Aunt" Kathy's passing. My deepest sympathy goes out to everyone who knew her. "Uncle" Dennis and "Aunt" Kathy were such a staple in my life growing up... especially in promising me they'd take my dad to the doctor when we knew he was very ill. They both took my brother Andrei and I under their wings after dad passed away and were ALWAYS there if we ever needed anything. I still remember her calling my mom and I to ask for our help in buying her first computer and teaching her how to use it....she was sooo nervous lol. But I was like a proud mama when she sent me her first email! I will miss her terribly, but am comforted in knowing she's been reunited in heaven with Uncle Dennis. It was an honour to have Kathy as my friend. She was the friend who would always really listen and be concerned with what was going on in my life. She never failed to ask me about my family. I know she had countless friends and gave her time generously. A delightful spirit. She loved company. I don’t know how she was able to bring out so much food when we had the chance to visit. And that was just me so I can imagine how it was for more people! My sincere condolences to Jeana and family. Jeana, I know you and Kathy enjoyed a bond like no other! I will miss a wonderful, caring friend.

George and I were fortunate to count Kathy and Denis as friends. I have many good memories of laughter and good times at gatherings and the UNO Hall. Kathy was a lovely person who will be missed not only by family but by all who knew her. My sincere condolences to Jeana and Kathy’s extended family.

Kathy was a beautiful lady with the warmest heart. I always looked forward to when her and uncle Dennis would visit my family in Espanola. I will always remember the time my family and I went to Windsor when I was a little girl, and I was sad I had to stay home while the boys went to a baseball game. To cheer me up we had a spa day and she painted my nails and toes. I felt so special, but that is how Kathy was she always had a smile and way to make you feel loved and special. My sincere condolences to the family.

I was deeply saddened to read about Kathy’s passing. Such a lovely and kind woman. Kathy and Dennis were friends of my late parents Bill & Mary, as well as my late Uncle John and Aunt Anne. My deepest sympathies to her sister and other family members, and to all who share her loss.
